These Terms apply when you use the NAPTA online store, the Build My Week experience, and related ordering services.

Orders
Orders are subject to product availability, delivery-area availability, payment confirmation and NAPTA's production capacity.

Build My Week
Build My Week is a shopping and meal-planning tool. Recommendations are based on the preferences, exclusions, household size, budget and product information available when the customer uses the tool. Customers remain responsible for reviewing the final products in their cart before checkout.

Nutrition information
Calories and macronutrients shown by NAPTA are recipe-based estimates. Actual values may vary due to ingredient brands, seasonal produce, preparation methods and normal portion variation. Nutrition information is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.

Allergens and dietary preferences
Dietary filters and allergen exclusions help narrow product choices, but shared preparation environments may create cross-contact risk. Customers with serious allergies should contact NAPTA before ordering.

Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds unless otherwise stated. The checkout total may include product prices, delivery charges, applicable taxes, discounts or payment adjustments.

Delivery
Delivery is currently available only in eligible areas of Greater Cairo and Alexandria.

Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the NAPTA Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

NAPTA may update products, prices, delivery coverage and these Terms when necessary.
