Payment
NAPTA currently accepts online payment through InstaPay.
After placing your order, use the Pay with InstaPay button shown on the confirmation or order-status page. Please transfer the exact checkout total. Your order will remain Payment Pending until NAPTA verifies the transfer.
Preparation begins only after payment has been received and verified.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver eligible orders within Greater Cairo and Alexandria.
Weekly delivery rhythm
NAPTA's weekly delivery waves are Saturday evening and Tuesday evening. This lets customers start the work week on Sunday with a fresh first drop and receive a second fresh drop for the rest of the week.
For larger MY WEEK plans, NAPTA suggests a starting split and you choose which compatible items arrive in each drop before checkout.
Order cutoffs
- Saturday delivery: payment confirmed by Thursday at 8:00 PM, Cairo time.
- Tuesday delivery: payment confirmed by Sunday at 8:00 PM, Cairo time.
A delivery wave may close earlier if safe production or courier capacity is reached.

Greater Cairo
- Orders below EGP 600: EGP 49
- Orders from EGP 600 to EGP 999.99: EGP 29
- Orders of EGP 1,000 or more: Free delivery
Alexandria
- Orders below EGP 600: EGP 39
- Orders from EGP 600 to EGP 999.99: EGP 25
- Orders of EGP 1,000 or more: Free delivery
Delivery timing
The exact customer delivery window is shown during ordering and may vary according to your area, order volume and production schedule. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and your phone number is reachable.
Receiving your order
Fresh and prepared food should be received promptly and refrigerated, stored or reheated according to the instructions provided with the order.
